Anita is the Director of Education for Platinum Seamless® Hair Extensions

and coach to stylists looking to expand their skills behind the chair or in the classroom.

She has been a stylist and educator since 2006 in West Palm Beach, FL after moving from Idaho, where she completed her cosmetology training at The Paul Mitchell Academy Boise.

You’ll find Anita working 2 days a week behind the chair at Salon Margrit on Palm Beach Island, FL, doing what she loves most, Extensions, Lived-in-Color, Precision Haircuts and Healthy Hair Treatments that reverse damage and reduce thinning.

Jane Maldonado

Jane has been in the industry for 15 years. She knew from a young age that she wanted to be a hairstylist, in fact, she started cosmetology school just two weeks after graduating from high school.

What she loves most about being a hairstylist, other than creating beautiful hair, are the endless opportunities and the ability to create the career you always dreamt about. She has explored many parts of the industry from doing editorial work to working backstage at fashion shows and what she discovered she enjoys most is being an educator.

Jessica Strange

Jessica’s specialty is in Blondes, Dimensional Color, Cutting + shaping hair of all formations (curly too) + Hair Extensions to make you feel your best self in a quick appointment.

Howdy! I'm originally from Denver, CO, but have lived in FL most of my life. I love to travel the world + immerse in different cultures with my ever growing daughter. Participating in all outdoor activities is where you'll find me when I'm not at the salon. Camping, to paddleboarding, to making new wild animal friends- I love all of it.

I started from assisting at 14 years old + so grateful to have been in the business for myself for over 15 years. It doesn't always feel like work.

I have been an Artist for L'Oreal Pro for 13 years + counting. I have amazing mentorship family with them. Each salon I get to go to, we connect + share our best practices. This has helped me develop in so many amazing ways in business, advanced color, highlighting + cutting techniques. I'm blessed to teach them to salons all over the nation.

I love making clients feel confident in the hair they currently have, but when their hair needs more support, hair extension can be a great option. This is why I've partnered with Platinum Seamless as an Artist Educator. I get not only to help within my community but teach different methods to other stylists wanting to enrich their clients hair.

I am a certified L'Oreal Professional Balayage Artist, L'Oreal Professional Cutting Artist + Platinum Seamless Hair Extension Artist. Continuing education is daily at our salon. We always take the opportunity to learn something new + to share with each other.

We are always growing at our salon + welcoming likeminded professionals so we can teach them all of our best practices + develop an amazing salon family that learns + grows together.

José Abimael Torres Santiago

José is a licensed stylist with 198,720 hours of experience.

He studied at the Rover Hair academy in Torino, Italy and the Pivot Point academy in Chicago, USA. He has an international career from the Americas to Europe. He is the owner of two beauty salons in Puerto Rico and a distributor of prestigious exclusive salon brands.

His passion for the avant-garde and his desire to innovate has led him to be recognized in national advertising media, such as television programs, radio, newspapers and magazines.

During the first years of his career he stood out as a makeup artist working with celebrities and beauty queens. He has been an educator of several beauty lines such as TIGI, which he treasures as his greatest school. Teaching he find his purpose within the industry. “Anyone who is not educated will simply be prepared for a world that will no longer exist!”

His favorite service at the salon is hair extensions, which he dedicates himself to full time.

He is a lover of nature and animals. In his free time he enjoys going to the gym, going to the movies and traveling.

His favorite phrase is “if you believe it, believe it” as it describes part of his LIFE testimony.

Nikki Layne

With over a decade of experience behind the chair, Nikki is passionate about Hair Extensions and designing looks that create a more confident you.

Nikki has struggled with fine hair her whole life. Not only does she personally understand how hair extensions work in the hair, she knows, first hand, that a great hair extension transformation can be life changing. ​

Nikki studied at the Hair Design Institute and has an arsenal of extension certifications. She prides herself on being a multi-method certified stylist. As an industry leader, Nikki created her own extension education and coaching platform and freelances as hair extension platform artist. She was recently published in Indie Stylist Magazine and Modern Salon. Nikki is also recognized as one of the top performing stylists in her company. Her passion for education and pursuit of knowledge are paramount in her career making her skillset highly sought after.

Raiza Gisselle

Raiza is a hairdresser and makeup artist with more than 23 years of experience in the beauty industry—and the Behind The Chair 2025 HOT SHOT COLOR TRANSFORMATION Award Winner.

A lover of art and transformation, Raiza has brought her creative vision to television, commercials, music videos, and fashion shows in Puerto Rico, Miami, and Orlando. Her collaborations include working with Nickelodeon, Telemundo, reality shows, and music videos alongside world-renowned artists such as Daddy Yankee and Alvaro Torres.

As a positive entrepreneur with endless goals to achieve, Raiza embraces every challenge in her profession and in business with passion and determination. Peter De Rosa

Known to many as the Mane Wizard, Peter was born with an eye for beauty, and flair for hair.

His magic has touched tresses and turned heads since 1996. Royalty, heads of state, music industry icons, celebrity clients, super models, actresses, rely on his consistent delivery of spectacular results that support people looking and feeling their best. An extension specialist for over 24 years, Peter was part of Platinum’s industry changing birth of taped extensions unique to the Platinum Seamless® quality that elite clients demand.

Peter served as Platinum’s original Director of Education. Rachel Chambers

Rachel Chambers is a seasoned professional in the beauty industry, boasting a career spanning over a decade. Since 2014, she has served as both a salon owner and educator, carving out a niche for herself as a master colorist with a specialization in extensions. Her expertise lies not only in the technical aspects of color application and extension installation but also in the art of seamlessly blending extensions into natural hair and implementing effective business-building strategies.

As an educator, Rachel has dedicated herself to sharing her wealth of knowledge and experience with fellow stylists, coaching them to excel both creatively and professionally behind the chair. She has been instrumental in helping numerous salons incorporate extension services into their offerings, thus expanding their clientele and revenue streams.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Rachel is a devoted mother to three children, cherishing any spare moments she has with them. Adding to her familial companionship is Luna, her trusty salon managing dog, who undoubtedly adds an extra dose of joy and warmth to Rachel's life and workspace.

Roxanna Robles

A passionate hairstylist with over 45,000 hours of experience in hair extensions, hair coloring & balayage techniques. My education started in my beautiful country Puerto Rico, after few years of career, I decided to move to the United States. That time was the most important to my professional career as a stylist. I had exceptional years of education & growth working with many brands. That experience developed the Professional Hair Stylist that I’m at the present. My training and certifications in multiple areas provide me the knowledge to create exactly what the clients are envisioning when they are in my chair.
